Our Standard First Aid Course+ AED is a 3 days course that is accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) whilst the Basic First Aid course is a 1-day course that is certified by the Singapore Emergency Responder Academy (SERA).
If you are a Sports Coach who is registered under the National Registry of Sports Coaches (NROC), SERA recommends the Standard First Aid with CPR+AED Course.

Yes, you will get a certificate card for all SRFAC and MOM accredited courses, and a Card-Size Certificate of Attendance for our Basic First Aid, Infant and Child Basic First Aid and Applied Psychological First Aid Course.
All courses accredited by SRFAC and MOM will last for 2 years from the date of completion.
Yes, we provide refresher courses for Standard First Aid, Basic First Aid and Occupational First Aid.
No, but SERA is diligently working towards providing more Instructor courses for you.
Yes, Skills Future is applicable to our Standard First Aid with CPR+AED Course [only eligible for company-sponsored applicants who are Sports Coaches under the National Registry of Coaches (NROC)] and also our Basic First Aid, and Occupational First Aid Courses.

SERA complies with the SRFAC guidelines of
1 Instructor: 6 Students: 1 Manikin/AED for our CPR+AED Courses,
1 Instructor: 18 Students for our Standard First Aid Courses and
1 Instructor: 18 Students for our Occupational First Aid Courses
Yes, certification will be issued when all mandatory course assessments have been passed, and upon full receipt of course investment.
SERA is not able to guarantee employment after the course, but we very much welcome all applications.
